1. I recorded some midi notes at 48bpm. Then changed it at 96. Speed of notes changed. Do I make a mistake or is it a bug?
2. I joined some blocks. When joining them, a note that was a 16th quartet, became 6/4.
I had to revert to Cubasis. Do Auria has problems with midi recording?

Re: Tempo and joining blocks
Those are bugs.
Any chance you could do a screen capture and post to YouTube (you can do it unlisted so that people don't find it when they do searches) and post a link here.
I think it makes it a lot easier for devs to see how to create bugs and see their impact when people post vids. (Just my opinion as former developer - elsewhere)

Re: Tempo and joining blocks
Here is a like to YouTube:

At 00:08 I join to blocks and suddenly a longer notes appears.
At 00:43 after I changed tempo, notes timing is totally changed (as if compressed).
I would be happy to join the beta program.
Regards.

Re: Tempo and joining blocks
Yes I just tested this and indeed there is a bug when joining more than one region using the multiselect tool and 1/16 beat especially if the region has been length adjusted by the region handles. The tempo change bug is if you adjust the tempo in the tempo lanes this affects the length of the region. This does not happen by just changing the project tempo. That works as it should. The bug is in the tempo lanes. Thanks for reporting the bug.

Hi, the bug happens (at least on me) also on the main tempo option. Regards

Re: Tempo and joining blocks
I can confirm. Sometimes, you have to change the global tempo twice before it happens. But global tempo change can result in blocks being moved and notes being at the wrong place for the wrong duration....none of which should be changed by tempo change.ecstaticax wrote: ↑Wed Feb 05, 2020 4:03 amHi, the bug happens (at least on me) also on the main tempo option.
