New to Auria Pro , midi, but worked with midi alot with Logic.
But...I cannot get the midi notes to highlight for editing, ie, moving, delete, etc.
In piano roll mode, able to scroll big/small etc, and able to add a note.
But , for me, the highlight (light tap) is not working.
If I tap the wrong way, it adds a note, then I hit edit to delete it.
But cannot get existing notes to highlight.
What am I missing here?

@mixerfixer
Try deactivating the pencil tool at the top of the editor page (next to the velocity display). I think that defaults to active when you enter the editor.
Good luck

Re: Basic Midi note editing....missing something?
Hey, thx for answer, but it's still not working .
Strange, this seems like a basic function,
I found that I can highlight the notes, using a sort of "surround" the note with a box, with either finger motion, or , better, my soft rubber insert pen, ( tho, the manual says to just tap quickly with finger. ) . Then the note has a white border, and I can change the velocity, but cannot move it, either left/right, or up down, ie, change pitch.
Starting to think I got a damaged download of app, but that seems unlikely.
Still noodling with it.
Any suggestions, welcome.

To move a note in the piano roll midi editor. Tap the note and hold, the note border will turn red, once it turns red you can move it to wherever you like. Use the snap function to land the note exactly where you want it. You cannot move the note unless it turns red. Cheers and good luck.
