Problems with multiple ENSO or RE-1 Instances

Post by Espiegel123 » Mon Mar 18, 2019 3:27 pm

I have a project in which I have 3 four-measure (at 96 bpm) loops that I want to load into ENSO or RE-1. When I load the second or third instance, the CPU meter goes from about 19% to over 100% and all audio playback stops working until I get rid of the AU.

This is on an iPad 6th Generation running iOS 12.1.4. I was having the problem with iOS 11.4.1, also.

Power-cycling doesn't seem to impact this.

Thanks

I can confirm the same issue in my iPad Pro 9.7 (1st gen) with IOS 12.1.4.
The third Enso instance takes all the system down. Sometimes just a couple of instances casue trouble too.

Thank you both for the report. I am getting copies of these AU plugins ASAP so we can investigate and see what may be going on.

Thanks for looking into it. If you have any trouble reproducing it, please let me know.
