Any updates on a fix for support of the new screens on the 2018 iPad Pro models? App works fine but there’s a black bar around the outside of the app

Would you guys suggest avoiding the iOS 12 update for now? Or are there no serious bugs?

Overloud Still crashes on iPad Pro, removing app does nothing. When the hell is this overpriced software going to work?

I wish I had an answer. Overloud is still working on this, although I haven't heard from them in a few days. All plugins are made by third party developers and I have no control over them unfortunately. As soon as I hear something I'll let you know.

The Auria forum user base will receive the latest news from Overloud once we receive a working version

It's at times like these it would be good if Auria had an 'open in safe mode' option. Perhaps it could be activated from the setting menu so that next time Auria starts it wont load any of the plugins (but keeps their placeholders and settings). That way people can DIY fix their own projects and salvage things without waiting for updates. Some projects are critical for people earning a living with Auria and a 'safe mode' would certainly be appealing for them and add a boost to Auria's stability reputation. No one likes to lose a song.

I agree, good idea. A new beta will be starting up shortly with the latest update from Overloud. Hopefully this will fix the issue once and for all.

Who or what company writes the overloud thm code ? I’d like to email them. This is sad, I pay for an add in and have No answers or support regardless the amount of money I pay. Where is the value? Where is customer service? Why the 3rd person proxy support Rim?

They have no webform for the plugin, I already looked there. Show me a drop down of the plugin or IOS operating system?
Show me a serial number or our plugin? Look before posting please.

I did look before posting, you asked who the developer was, well they are the developers. But they don’t sell the plugin alone, only through Auria Pro. I guess you can send them an email (exactly what you were asking for) but you won’t find any drop down menu in their webpage.

I apologize, you were just trying to help and my irritation of not being able to use IR with overloud became displaced on you. That was bogus of me. They don’t list their email address. I guess I will have to just put down the request is for macOS and use the web form.

No problem my friend, I feel your pain. Maybe you can also send them a message through their Facebook page, they seem to be very active there
