So it might be best to limit myself to one interface per project then? Asking because I wasn't planning on working that way. I will start of a project on the couch maybe with an Apogee Jam, then add a piano with a midi keyboard and the built in headphone jack, then switch to my Line6 Sonic Port VX to add the vocals. That or I might start a song with my Allen and Heath Zedi 10FX so that I can record my duo (my guitar plus two vocals) all at once before adding tracks later with a simpler interface.
Unfortunately, there's no way for Auria to save a "per interface" setting, as iOS doesn't provide apps with a way to know what kind of interface is currently plugged in. So if you use multiple interfaces and want to set the record latency setting, you'd need to do it for each interface every time you use it. In my experience, the variation between interfaces is usually small (under 50 samples or so), so I just set it to 0 typically.
