The "Auria Wishlist Thread"
Re: The "Auria Wishlist Thread"
Please add the ability to create Lyra instruments through Audioshare or AudioCopy (preferably Audioshare). Using iTunes is not ideal, to say the least, and as such Lyra feels stagnant and isolated when it could be an integral and awesome.
Re: The "Auria Wishlist Thread"
See Corey W's post here. Is that the sort did thing you need?:

Re: The "Auria Wishlist Thread"
Hey, Rim!
I don't know if someone ever asked you that, but could you include a chromatic tuner some point in the future? I have to either tune my instruments with a hardware tuner or with an external app (usually Amplitube), and that leads sometimes to a little cumbersome workflow when recording real instruments (other than vocals).

Re: The "Auria Wishlist Thread"
I realise lots of work has gone into a really useful touch experience but for me mouse control would improve my workflow no end. Is this something that can be developed? I.e mouse control just for Auria (I know it's a no go with IOS natively).
Also side chaining to the tracking compressor. For kick ducking etc.

Unfortunately, Apple won't allow mouse support for any app.

Thanks for the response.
Do you ever see Auria being ported to Android or is that out of the question?
Re: The "Auria Wishlist Thread"
Ability to drop samples into Lyra à la Ableton's 'Drum Rack' and automap them to velocity. I guess a minimum of 8 slots would suit my needs.

What almsfurr said.
Re: The "Auria Wishlist Thread"
I use Aurio Pro on an iPad Pro. I'd like to propose adding a couple of features to Auria Pro:
1. A menu item allowing the user to convert a stereo track to mono, and vice-versa
2. A more robust and flexible standalone file management system, allowing the user to organize/add/delete/move projects, and files within projects. The current system resides within the "Load Project" and "Import File" menus, and is limited to loading and deleting.
3. The ability to Mixdown to ITunes, so the mix would appear in iTunes on linked user devices such us a desktop or iPhone.
4. The ability to import a file directly from iTunes (many of us like to use iTunes to manage/organize sound files and mixes). I currently have to upload a file in iTunes to Dropbox, then import it from Dropbox to Auria.
Thanks!
John P.

Re: More MIDI instruments
Auria Pro is definitely the very best DAW app for iPad ever. However if it can has more varieties of its musical instruments for the MIDI track it will be even better.
What I hope to have at this moment includes:
- Orchestra hit
- More varieties of distorted/overdrive guitar
- More varieties of bass guitar.
Just a wish. I am happy to pay for the wanted instrument sounds.

Re: The "Auria Wishlist Thread"
This topic is that long, perhaps it needs it's section on the forum.
Any hoo. Great app by the way and I'm sure someone out there has made this suggestion but how about an iphone app that you can use as a trigger the app on the ipad for stop/play/rewind/FF and record.
Much easier than constantly having to leave the mic do this.
Cheers

Re: The "Auria Wishlist Thread"
Audio bus remote will do the above and works quite well
Re: The "Auria Wishlist Thread"
This is my first post. Really enjoying Auria. I know this has been mentioned but there is a definite need to be able to export midi to other apps. Also a draw function to edit automation like in cubasis would be really helpful
Re: The "Auria Wishlist Thread"
Small detail.
I'd like to see the CPU/Storage meter be able to float so that it doesn't block the FX button on the master channel.

Re: The "Auria Wishlist Thread"
hi, i was advised by corey to put my suggestions, that i sent to support, here in this thread.
here my original email:
"hallo,
i am using auria2 with an ipad pro (12") and am testing scenarios for live-mixing.
so far everything works great!
the only thing that is really annoying, is the blinking record arm button on the mixer.
if the show does not get recorded, only mixed live through the app, it is disturbing to have this blinking all the time.
my hope is, that you can present an option in settings, to switch the blinking off, when the app is not recording. just a steady red light all the time.
for recording, the behaviour is perfect as it is now.
for live mixing it would be great to have it steady.
hoping for a solution from your side
greetings from a longterm auria-user,
mathias
p.s. and another suggestion: it would be immensely helpful to have the ability to deactivate subbusses (and make them dissappear from the mixer when deactivated).
in many cases i really don't need 8 busses, so they only take screenspace.
would be great if this could be implemented."
