Recording Midi Notes/events
Is it possible to record midi notes and/or controllers from other apps into the sequencer in Auria? For instance, if I program a beat into an app like Arturia iSpark can I sync it to Auria and then have the midi notes, etc record into Auria as though I were using a hardware controller?

If the external is capable of outputting MIDI, then yes. But not all apps can output MIDI.

Are there any apps, especially drum apps, that are known to output midi in this manner?

Patterning(also different parts to different channel, useful if you want to control Waldorf's Attack or other tuned apps), different drummer and Dm1.

Re: Recording Midi Notes/events
I thought I'd revisit this question. Have there been any updates to Auria, the apps mentioned above and/or any other drum apps that would allow me to record midi notes into Auria directly from the app?
Re: Recording Midi Notes/events
Auria Pro has always listened to all incoming MIDI, and you can easily record this (including controllers). The question is whether a particular app outputs MIDI. Some do, and some don't.
