Sound levels

No matter what I do (including deleting and restarting the app) my second and fifth track and every 3rd track after that will not reach its full sound capacity. Why is that?

When you say "full sound capacity", what do you mean exactly? Are you able to move the fader all the way up on those tracks? If it's quieter than the rest, see if the channelstrip is enabled? You can do that by pressing the Fx button. The Bypass button should be lit.
