Sonoma Guitar Jack 2 with Overloud THM?

Hi folks. I'm a newbie and thanks to you guys, I've been learning a lot from reading the forum .I have a problem, though, so I'd really appreciate your help!
I have a Sonoma Guitar Jack 2 and one of the reasons I bought it is that
their site said it worked with Auria. it's a great gadget and works like a
dream with Ampkit.However, I can't get it to work with Auria. Not a sound,
not a peep, no indication that a guitar is connected. Nothing wrong with the device as it works like a dream with Ampkit. I bought Overloud THM last Sat, but that hasn't helped. Do I
need to have another interface or am I just missing something basic? Put simply, can I play my guitar directly into Auria with THM effects? If so, what sequence of buttons do I need to press/what do I need to disable?
Or do I need more kit? (I hope not!).
Thanks in advance for any tips.

Hi Vorgongod, here's a couple of things you could check.

- When you plug in your GuitarJack interface does the symbol in the project name area of Auria change from INT to USB? (If so, check the input matrix)
- Have you record enabled the track?
- Are any tracks in the project soloed/muted?

Hopefully it's one of these steps.

Hey Aaron, it worked!!!!!! Silly me wasn't arming the record.
Can't thank you enough is I feel like a kid on Christmas morning now.the plug-in is really good.
