I just posted a similar thread. First I thought it had something to do with the browser stealing the audio session. But now I don't know? Weird..

Are you guys using Auria, or Auria LE? Also, does this problem occur at the exact time you plug headphones in?

This is definitely a coreAudio issue which Apple is aware of. Auria has a workaround for this (but not Auria LE or an upgraded LE). The next update will have a more robust workaround for both versions.

In the mean time, if this occurs, just plug and unplug some headphones into the iPad's headphone jack.
