Where did your drum tracks come from?

Hollywood drum loops....but this noise has only just started in the last day or so.The only thing i can think of is automate the track with the fader down right at the beginning.

So the noise is not even in the loop region? Have you tried creating a new track and copying in a new copy of the loop?

Thats right..its nowhere near any of the drum loop regions. Its just present on the channel and audible although it can be muted....

I've also had this problem but not exclusively with drum tracks, pops at the start/end of a vocal track or a hiss on a guitar track even when the region has been deleted.

The only thing I'm aware of is a bug that sometimes causes a pop after a recorded region, but this only happens with regions that were recorded with Auria. Also, the Apogee Jam sometimes causes a click at the start of a recording.

The experience I had was there was a hum/hiss originating from my guitar amp, I then split the region and removed the offending 'hissy' region but the hiss remained even after the deletion.
Fader automation solved the issue but I'm baffled to why the sound remains despite there being no region.

Cheers

Can you not high light and silence the pop?

There's nothing to highlight....its just a phantom pop sound on the channel with no waveform or region.I think i will just try and record over it with a silent region and see if that works.
