The icon for selecting multiple regions that flashes when it's active. Could this be slightly more pronounced? Even when it's active and flashing I have a job seeing that it's on and I'm constantly having to undo a chain of events after I realise it's been on when I thought it was off. Maybe tweak the background colour to darker when on, just to height the difference a little more.

Plus while on the subject of colour, could there be a few lighter shades to choose from in the track colour picker? All the options seem so dark and earthy. A selection of pastily shades would help complement the different arrangement types.
