at the risk of sounding real dumb: "mixdown" - as in "save", or as in pro-tools-type real-time "bounce"?

and since I'm at it, one more question: does "you can choose MP3 as the output format" mean you can also choose other format(s)?

Mixdown is a way of bouncing your mix down to a stereo wav, aif or mp3 file. You can choose which type in the mixdown dialog box.

It's like PT bounce, but actually faster than real time.
