Tc Helicon Voicelive 2 works as two channel interface

Post by Foster » Wed Jul 25, 2012 4:23 pm

I plugged my Voicelive 2 in to see if it would work and it worked perfectly. This probably means that tc helicons entire line of pedals with USB outs will work. At first it was giving me a stereo signal with guitar and vocals. But that is how i set it up. I changed it to the dual mono mode, which is guitar on one channel vocals on the other, and it worked that way too. I did however have to pull the USB cable out of the hub and plug it back in after I changed the routing from stereo to split mono.

Another positive of this pedal, for those of you that have it, is that it has a digital out. So with my presonus 1818 I can add the two spdif channels. I can run another mic and line. For me guitar and vocals. And of course I can take full advantage of the Voicelive effects, eq, harmonies etc.

In mono mode I can have main vocal come out 1 channel and harmonies come out the other.
