Auria on iMac?

I'm brand new to Auria. It looks amazing! I'm setting up small project and VO studio. Can anyone advise on these questions please:

Can Auria be used on an iMac? or is it ONLY for iPad?

Is Memory a concern when using Auria on an iPad? Doesn't the iPad have limited memory since audio uses so much memory?

Can speakers be connected to an iPad to create a 'studio' feel?

Your opinion please: Should I go with an iMac and pro tools (mBox etc) or should I switch to the 'new' thinking and go Auria and an iPad for professional voice recording?
