Recomended: Apogee One iOS

Post by Syltaldo » Wed Sep 11, 2013 7:19 am

For those of you considering a dedicated interface for your iPod, I have to say that the new Apogee One sounds amazing.
It works great with Auria on my iPad2 and sounds at least as good as my Mbox3, perhaps even better.
That it also works with a Mac in Pro Tools makes it even better.
Will post some songs on the other forum soon.

Just loving this combination.

How does Auria work with Maestro? Can you overdub on an existing track with no latency? I'm interested in the Apogee One (see thread below).

I just got one (used). I did some testing last night with the built in mic. I think I'll be using this a lot, and I'll post a full report/review of it once I've used it for awhile.

I have Apogee One and it works very fine with Auria.
It is MFi so it is charging iPad while in use.
That gives hours of uninterrupted service.
And lets not forget portability.
I would recommend it to anyone.
The only drawback is price.
For the same price You can get Steinberg UR22 and Audio-Technica AT2020 for desktop DAW.
