Recording with Audiobus

I have a question for anyone, I've just recently installed Auria for ipad3 , I am using Audiobus and the question I have is when I record a track with say Sunrizer, and then I want to lay on another track with Sunrizer , it will keep going to the first track of Sunrizer and not create a second track. Any suggestions what I need to do, if I use a different app it's no problem but with the same app launched it will automatically set up to record over the first track.
Any help please, much appreciated.

It's just a matter of going into Auria's input matrix and reassigning the input to the way you want it.
