Volume issue when FX app is inserted in Aux Slot

When I insert an FX app into any of the aux slots, I lose all volume to all of my tracks, however, when I adjust the aux knob of any single track, I get volume back from that track only, plus the fx app. This only happens to fx apps going into the aux slots. IAP's and stock fx works normally in the aux slots.

You've probably already checked, but has your input and output matrix changed without you knowing? That keeps happening to me and causes similar problems, but not exactly what you're seeing.
