Output matrix doesn't work when slave external sync.

iPad Air 128G
FOCUSRITE,Scarlett 6i6

When I use without external sync then output matrix works fine.
But when using with external sync then all sound thru main output
Do you know how to fix it?

Hi Koji,

Can you tell me a bit more about your setup?

What other external device are you syncing to?

Have you saved the MixControl settings with the Sync already Locked? You need to save the Sync Source SPDIF with a LOCK for it to take, otherwise upon disconnecting from USB it will go back to Internal, assuming you made a mistake.

If you have saved with a Lock, and now are showing no Lock, meaning the Locked Light is off, you may have Saved it correctly, but are now providing SPDIF Signal at a different Sample Rate. If there is no Lock the unit cannot pass audio. Make sure to check the Sample Rates on both units.

Please let me know all the connections you have made, with what cables, and what you are selecting in your Programs for Sync?
