Hollywood Loops Platinum Rock Drums problems

I recently purchased the Hollywood Loops Platinum Rock Drums add-on for Auria and can not find all the files. The description says 300 loops at 70, 75, 90, 100, 114, 131, 160, 185 and 190 BPM. I'm only finding 53. Only at 70, 75, and 140 bpm.

Can someone help please? I'm looking in:
Menu
>Import Audio
>Loops
>Platinum Rock
>70-75-90 BPM
>70-140 BPM (48 .wav files in this folder)
>75 BPM (6 .wav files in this folder)

I have tried restoring purchases and re-downloading. Nothing changes. Someone please help.

Hello,

You should have a few more folders inside the Platinum Rock folder, alongside the "70-75-90 BPM" folder should be two more, "100-114-131 BPM" and "160-185-190 BPM". Check if those additional folders are there, as they'll have over 200 more loops inside them.
