Auria crashed and won't open after in app purchase
I bought an iPad air iml on 7.0.4. I bought auria i was working just fine then today i bought the fabfilter pro eq i then checked on the insert path to see if it was there but it want the i clicked on the restore purchases and auria crashed on me and won't open i reinstalled it but nun happened i won't open SOS i need Help.

Put your iPad into Airplane mode, then relaunch Auria. It should resolve the problem.

thanks it worked fine but I'm not seeing my plugin that i bought any solutions?

Just press the Restore Purchases button at the top of the Auria Store (after you turn on your WiFi).

Did that but it's not working I tried buying another plugin and It didn't work either I think I waisted my money

Here are the steps to solve this:
I've posted this in another thread, but I'll repost it here. This has worked for others with the same issue.
1. Open Auria, go to the Auria Store and press the Restore Purchases button at the top
2. If this solves the problem, stop. If not, continue to the next step.
3. Disable your internet connection (Airplane Mode)
4. Open Auria
5. Close Auria
6. Re-enable your internet connection
7. Open Auria

Hi Rim. Decided to take advantage of the half off sale to purchase some IR files. I already owned all but two of the plugins.
Ran into the problem described above where Auria had a problem connecting to the store and downloading the files and started crashing on each load. Ended up deleting the app and reinstalled from apple store before I saw the fix of turning off the wifi.
Now I have the app installed, but when I run the 'restore purchases' the only thing that installs is the last IR files - no plugins and none of the other IR files purchased today. Same Apple ID for years and I am befuddled.
Any thoughts are appreciated.

Are you sure you have a good internet connection when you're pressing the restore purchases button?
Also, are you certain that you actually bought these other plugins and IRs? If you try to purchase them again, do you get a message? What's the exact wording on the message?

Thanks for the fix I'm happy, now i can mix and promote auria with some demonstrations to friends and others you guys should be getting some purchases

Thanks Rim. I do have good internet connection and have also attempted the same thing from home just now. Itunes account shows the money left today so 'something' happened.
And yes, I have had all the other plugs since most were available and are used on many projects. Almost as if my account history was reset.
I am going to do a restore on the whole iPad from backup and then attempt to restore purchases. Fortunately I had just done a backup this morning.

I have updated my solution for this issue after other users had luck rebooting their iPads. Please try the following:
1. Open Auria, go to the Auria Store and press the Restore Purchases button at the top
2. If this solves the problem, stop. If not, continue to the next step.

5. Close Auria
6. Re-enable your internet connection
7. Reboot your iPad (important). You can do this by holding down on the power button.

Thanks Rim for the speedy reply. I was successful doing a full ipad restore and then 'restore purchases'. All of today's purchases are now installed and ready for use, along with all the previous purchases.
