Unable to restore purchases

Hi,

Have just upgraded Auria and have tried to restore my purchases but all I get is an error message when I enter my Apple ID password.

This is not a test user account
Please create a new account in the sandbox environment.
Environment: Sandbox

Is this a glitch in the new update?

Hi Rim,

I'm not, no.

Only started getting the message this morning. The last update that required a purchase restore worked fine.

Are you using Auria or Auria LE (or an upgraded Auria LE).

Are you sure you're using the correct login info? If you log in using a test account username you'll get this message.

I seem to have sorted it by rebooting the ipad, they are downloading now.

Really strange but sorted.

I encountered the same issue after updating. I am not an Auria beta tester (although, sign me up ).

I am a beta tester for a lot of apps, including some supporting IAA. I have logged in to sandbox accounts on this device before, but I confirmed that I was using my main account. I tried several times, including shutting Auria down and re-opening it. I also tried signing out of iTunes and signing back in.

I'll try rebooting and see if that fixes it.
