No input signal with lexicon omega

Using iPad 3 and mini both with 32 gb and newest iOS. I've got signal on the interface but nothing on the input matrix or channel strip.

If you're using iOS7, make sure you go into the iPad settings, go to Privacy, then Microphone. Enable Auria on that page.
