FXpansion Chan Comp GR meter not working

I just purchased the Chan Comp today and can't get any response out of the meter when I activate the gain reduction feature. The button lights up but the meter does not move from the far left no matter what the compressor setting.
Is this a known issue? Has anyone else seen this?

This is a known issue, and FXpansion is already aware of it. Hopefully we'll get a new version from them with a fix for the next Auria release.
