Backing up question

Hey Guys,

Can anyone clue me in (I'm not too computer savvy!)? I'm trying to clear some space on my ipad by backing up projects via iTunes file sharing, all was going well until I got this message for one of my projects:

"My Rifle.Project" could not be copied because an error occurred. A duplicate file name was specified.

I've tried renaming the project, I've tried renaming the file, I've looked through each folder for a file with the same name without any luck. Any ideas?

I haven't encountered this before. I suggest trying another file transfer program like iExplorer (it's free).
