Jamup fucked my project

I'm very disappointed by the new plugin!!!
First of all it doesn't support 96khz!!! Where is written?
Second I used it in a track but it has crashed immediately auria and now I cannot load my project!!! It. Crashes immediately I cannot remove plugin from track!!!!
How can recover a previous project???. And how can I be refund??. Obvusly this plug in is not mature!!!!
