Drumagog question

Post by ajmack302 » Tue Nov 20, 2012 3:39 pm

Hi Rim and all,

Just wondering if this behaviour is to be expected or if this is a bug?

1. Record drums each mic'ed to an individual track.
2. Process each track with an appropriate Drumagog file.
3. Freeze tracks to free up CPU.
4. When I now record a guitar track I monitor through headphones, play to the drum track, all sounds fine, no lag. Once recording is complete though guitar is fractionally behind the beat. Moving the guitar region a very small amount solves this but it's a little clumsy.
When Drumagog inserts are removed before recording the guitar part everything records perfectly.
I realise I've just given myself a solution to the problem but I was just wondering if this behaviour is normal?!

Thankyou in advance

Aaron

It shouldn't be doing that. It's possible that there's a delay compensation bug related to frozen tracks. I'll look into it.

Thanks,
Rim

OK, I've fixed this in 1.04. Thanks for letting me know.
