Ya I hope the next iPad gets a real push on the CPU side this time around. And double up the ram wouldn't hurt.

There's no reason for Apple to do that, really, because an iPad is not a production tool per se Nearly everything works very smooth already, except for true pro stuff that's trying to push the limits, like Auria. But we're in a huge minority, really.

Looks like Apple was looking ahead and listening to the developers and the New iPad 4th gen is super fast at 1.5 ghz and running all the heavy pro apps like nothing. Even the top video editing apps fly by. Very good update for pro users.
