Ok that's good news,
We wil wait, and that's so not easy for me :D ADHD boink boink boink.

But for the rest, it's a good program, and i use it realy hard.
It's like a wild horse, you need to drive it more, to controll it.

I got constant low memory warnings trying to record a live show today--8 tracks at 24/44.1 using an 1818VSL on an iPad 2 64gb. No effects being used, all other programs off, everything possible turned off. I recorded a live show a month ago (before I updated to iOS6) with 11 tracks at 24/44.1 and didn't experience any of this. Is iOS6 a memory hog? I also got the low memory message playing back and listening to the tracks after I got home today, again using no effects.

Low memory warnings seem to come from three things:

- Background apps (close them first before running Auria)
- Effects and large track counts within Auria (even frozen tracks with plug-ins use memory)
- Memory leaks in Auria itself. Force-close Auria if you've used it for a long time. In other words, before an important session, force close it, so you're sure the memory environment is clean to start with.

I'd be interested to know if anyone suffers this issue right after a reboot of the device (hold down the power button until 'Power Off' appears, then hold down button after shutdown to reboot).

I don't have the problem, but often reboot to totally clean up the device memory...

Rebooting doesn't clean up the memory like you might think. On an iOS device, any background apps that were running before you do the reboot, get reloaded into memory after the reboot, so it's best to kill all the background apps AND do a reboot.

Thanks Rim, I'll remember that from now on... I've typically done one or the other but never made a point of doing both.
