Sure, this is possible, but we're out of room in the menu for more markers. We'll have to add a marker management screen or something similar.

How about an IR management?

The hundreds of IRs available are seriously cool, but way too long to manage. Even when you download one or two IR packs, it's too long for a single list. Could IR management also be added?

There's no way to name a region, as these are named after the actual file names. Perhaps there will be an option to do this in a future version.

How about more markers. It would be helpful to have minimum 30

I can't find a good way to organize more than 4. How would you add and clear more markers with that many?

I would just be happy to have a way to mark out verses, chorus, & bridges along the top so i'd know where I was in the song's timeline.

how about put all the marker options in a sub menu on that menu? That would give you room for about 10 markers and make the main menu slightly less cluttered.

(I've posted this twice before but not received a reply, should I give up? :) )

Hi. I don't know if this is possible, or even desirable to others, but regarding markers: to implement the ability to insert markers during playback and / or record?

On my old hardware DAW, I found this very useful for marking a point that I wanted to return to without halting the recording or playback. It also had the facility, on mix down, to use the mark points as track separators for longer projects or when archiving old CD's / cassettes etc, negating the need to record each track separately (I realise that's a bit of a separate issue).

Also i know space for buttons is a problem but maybe the rewind and fast forward buttons could somehow toggle between their current functions and skip forward and back? Then perhaps pressing both simultaneously could be used to set or delete current marker?

Just a thought.
Many thanks.

Hi donrato, I remember your previous post. If you mean what I think you mean you can insert markers on the fly now. Just using the menu as normal. At least I think you can, I'll check.
Yes, I just did it.

Also, now that we have second double tap on stop button going to start could we not have double tapping on arrows moving between markers?

donrato, I've replied to your previous post before - what you describe is already possible. Just press the transport menu and select one of the Set Marker x options. You can do this on the fly while playing back. There's not enough room on the mixer screen to add another dedicated button (or buttons) for markers.

A submenu is a good idea. This may be the way to do it.
