In app purchase error 0 cannot connect to apple store

Hi,

I was able to make my first in app purchase which was for the first said of IRs.

However, every single attempt in making any other in app purchases fails. I'm able to select the purchase, I get prompted for my Apple iTunes password which it accepts. Then I get an error zero and unable to connect to the Apple Store.

I went ahead and made a small purchase on the App Store just to make sure that my credit card information and everything else was still working. And that happily worked. So I'm a little stuck. I'd like to get a couple of the other in app purchases so I can really start diving into this thing.

Any ideas?

It's possible that the iTunes store was down temporarily. Have you tried it again?

Another thing to check is to make sure you're signed in with a proper iTunes ID (for example if you're a developer, make sure it's not a "sandbox" ID).

We just tried making a purchase here, and it worked for us, so the iTunes store is running fine right now.

hello, I am having the same problem here. I just purchased Auria and wanted to buy DrumaGog but it says " your purchase could not be completed as it can't connect to iTunes Store. Store error 0." however, I just purchased and downloaded Auria 5 min earlier. I then purchased another app Samplr to make sure it wasn't a problem with my credit card and it worked out fine. I then tried to purchased your lower cost Video add on for $5 thinking I might just be near broke but it gave me the same response as when I tried to download DrumaGog.

pls give me a solution as I am really excited about rocking out on auria/DrumaGog as I just bought an iPad mini today mainly for your terrific software but I've got musical blue balls at the moment.

This error happens from time to time, and it can be caused by several things:

- if Apple is having an issue with their servers
- if there's an internet connection issue
- if there's an issue with our servers
- if there's a problem with the credit card or a spending limit

I suggest waiting a bit and trying again.

thanks for replying Rim and appreciate the hard work put into auria and DrumaGog.

Just tried again and no luck 5 hrs after my initial try. I know it's not my credit card or Internet connection cuz I've purchased traktor dj app which is also $20 an hr ago and it downloaded fine.

I've also sent two emails to Apple

Have you tried rebooting your iPad, and also force-closing Auria? (close Auria, then, double-tap the home button, and close Auria from that list)

The only thing I can suggest is to wait. There may be an internet issue somewhere between you and our servers that is causing the problem. Eventually, this should resolve itself.

Im having the same issue. Willnot let me purchase through aura store.Saying:
Store error:0
Cannot connect to itunes store

Now having major issues:

Drumagog drum files missing

Some how go to Purchased postive grid jam
(despite error message)
up and it is crashing bad

Both of these issues can happen if the download doesn't complete. You need to allow the download to completely finish for both Drumagog and Jam Up, otherwise you won't have any drumagog gog files, and the Jam Up plugin won't open. To solve this, just go to the Auria store and press the Restore Purchases button at the top. Make sure the download completely finishes.

got it installed! It was something regarding my account with Apple even though it allowed me to purchase other apps.

Hi I'm having a similar issue! I can download from iTunes and the App Store but can't download from the Auria store!?

What was the issue with your Apple account and how did you fix it?

Hi,

I'm guessing you resolved this some time ago, but I wanted to post a response in case others run into this in the future. I just ran into it last night, and I was able to resolve the issue by signing out of and back into the App Store on my iPad (Settings > iTunes & App Store).
