102 tracks Mixed & Mastered with AuriaPro
Here is the latest mix leaving my studio. It was a 102 track project. All mixing and mastering done on AuriaPro using Aurias built in plugins, no Auv3 or IAA but I did use Aurias Fabfilter plugins. Mastered chain ProQ,ProMB,Saturn,Volcano Exciter,ProR,ProL2. Final mastering run through my Ampex ATR102 mastering reel to reel tape machine. It’s on google drive. This is not my song just my mix. Mastered for streaming @ -14 LUFS. Hope you enjoy it.

Anthony, what is your current hardware setup (minus outboard processors)?

Hi Corey, I have a ton of outboard hardware gear but to narrow it down to the basic audio hardware chain is; An iPad Pro 1 into the Orion 32 A/D/D/A converter into my 1987 Soundcraft 200b analog mixer into 2 Tonelux OTB16 summing mixers, into a Burl Audio B32 summing amp, into a Neumann OP10 stereo record lathe mastering line amp into my 1978 Ampex ATR102 mastering reel to reel and finally into a Prism Sound Lyra A/D converter. Cheers.

Great mix Anthony, crystal clear, I can perfectly hear all the details and the analog warmth is just beautiful.
What compressor did you use on the voice? Is it the PSP channel strip or the FF C2?

Thanks Rodolfo. On the vocal I used the PsP channel strip compressor, a proC , PsP Oldtimer, Saturn, ProDS. I then sent the vocal to a buss channel and used PsP delay,PsP PianoVerb,ProC2, ProDS. My trick is to use very little of every plugin so the needle barely moves. The hardest part to fix in this vocal was that it was out of tune and had very harsh tones and pops. I autotuned the vocal using the pitch tune tool in AuriaPro. Cheers.

Interesting, I could never make the pitch tune tool work in Auria Pro, lots of pops, crackles and weird artifacts. I guess I should revisit it and try once more.Anthony Alves wrote: ↑Fri Dec 06, 2019 6:56 amThanks Rodolfo. On the vocal I used the PsP channel strip compressor, a proC , PsP Oldtimer, Saturn, ProDS. The pitch works if the Buffer is set to 512 or lower but not any higher. It is also best to do the pitch on a track that has no FX on. In fact I turn off all plugins during this process. I also only use a snap value of none. Cheers.Rodolfo wrote: ↑Fri Dec 06, 2019 9:24 amInteresting, I could never make the pitch tune tool work in Auria Pro, lots of pops, crackles and weird artifacts.
