Audio to midi in auria pro?

Post by PauloMotta » Sat Oct 07, 2017 11:36 pm

Hi folks I read about auria is doing "audio transient to midi conversion"... well is that means a kind of cubase's variaudio tool? Like, would it be possible to tune vocals as we do in variaudio or transform some handbeating audio in midi sequence? If it is, how could it be done? Cheers mates

This feature simply adds a MIDI note for every beat it detects. It's only a single note (you pick which note ahead of time).

Auria also has an audio warping feature, which lets you stretch parts of your audio track without affecting the pitch, and there are various tools to do this automatically based on the transients that are detected. There's more info in the Auria manual if you're interested.
