Distorted playback with JamUp

Hello all, I have been racking my brain all day and finally decided to post. I got a good advice last time so here it is, I have been recoding with auria with irig and worked great, now I have upgraded to the alesis io dock 2. So far so good, but I mostly use it for live practice with my band and to track my drummer. No problems until I tried to record my guitar. During recording or monitoring, everything sounds great, I'm monitoring through headphones but during playback it sounds
As though I am too loud but I've turned down the input I've tried to change the eq strip on the channel I've tried closing all apps and restating my iPad and the alesis. I'm at a loss, if any one can help please do! I am running an iPad Pro 9.7 with JamUp, and the alesis io dock 2. Thanks!

I too have the Alesis iO Dock II but haven't used it yet so I can't comment about your problem. However, I have emailed tech support at Alesis on a few occasions and they were very prompt in getting back to me.

Alesis support may be the best place to ask this question.
