Hello Rim!
I've been wanting to ask you. Can you make a simple plugin stereo to mono? or a special button in the toolbar chanel strip. I know a lot of different ways to convert stereo to mono in Auria, but it causes some difficulties. Make a simple plug-in, as in many DAW. I really want it and I'm ready to buy it.
Is anyone else wants plugin stereo to mono?

Re: Stereo to mono plugin
Actually, I was looking for a way to convert a stereo audio track to mono. What are the current options?
Re: Stereo to mono plugin
Add a mono track. Mute all the other tracks. Use the input matrix to route your stereo track to the mono track. Set record on the new track. Run it all the way through. I'm not at home to try it but it should work just fine.
Re: Stereo to mono plugin
I do not understand
Is It really so difficult?
I do not want to record the track again and again.
If you have fabfiltr pro-Q You can remove the side part of the sound in side mode.
But how does it make easier?

Re: Stereo to mono plugin
you need to do a mixdown of the soloed stereo track into mono and then import it back into Auria as a new track.
Having a dedicated stereo -> mono track in the process menu would be ideal. Perhaps add this suggestion to the Auria wish list thread at the top of the forum.

Re: Stereo to mono plugin
Yes, sometimes it helps. Thanks for the advice.
And of course, I will add this offer to Wishlist topic.
Certainly interesting,
Is there a need for such a plugin or function for each channel?
