Nexus 9 posts impressive audio latency results

Hardly trying to reignite the Android Audio debate, but it's nice to see devices finally posting some impressive results. The HTC Nexus 9 is an amazing tablet and I'd love to see Pro Audio finally try to get a foothold on Android.

The nexus 9 tablet was the tab I had prior to the iPad pro. I am a pro android fanboy and will forever be, but the audio latency and lack of quality music apps pushed me to Apple's iPad pro.

Agreed. But from what I can tell, most of the lack of apps was due to the unworkable latency. Hopefully we see more results like this across the board with new android updates and it will be worth the developers' time

The market place is still broken on android, and that's not fixable. Apple has it's issues, but you don't get your stuff ripped off like it is on android.

yeah thats the thing with apple. its so locked off in its walled garden that it is to their advantage.

I am a fanboy of android and Android can do no wrong with me, but yeah i dont see this making a huge impact. maybe a few devs will jump on the android bandwagon but apple has it sewn up for the foreseeable future...
