Crackle after normalised

Hello i have a problem and be hopefull that anybody here can help me.
I import in auria 2 mono tracks. The first step after cutting its to normalise the track. but if there finished I get a lot of crackle in my track. The points where be the crackle are chosen random.i try to change the buffer size but I have the same problems.

Have you tried playing with the normalize settings? It's possible that you're hearing clipping.

yes i have try it but the problem current.
i have send a link with a picture from my problem.
the second track near the beginning you can see what auria have make. there is a big peak. and this is my problem. before i normalize i don't have this peak.

Does this issue only happen with certain normalize settings? For example, does it only occur with RMS, or with Peak, etc? Can you please try all the options, and let me know which option makes the problem occur?

ok i tried a lot of options. i have normalized with peak and rms. i normalized with limit saturate and ignore. but the problem still there. i try it to export the 2 mono track and import it new as a stereo track. than i cut and the next step was normalized. but the crackle comes arbitrarily. i have listen to my record before i imported the track in auria. and there is no crackle. i don't understand what the problem is. could it be helpful for you if i recorded my screencast so that you can see what i do. than i will send a dropbox link. i also tried too make a reinstallation but nothing changed.

I don't use normalize in Auria, sometime it's work very strange.
For normalize I use scan, an then gain in process menu.

i start the Programm.
add 2 new mono tracks.
Than i import my wav files.
i mark booth tracks.
than i cut the track.
please ignore what i do at 2.min10sec till 3min 3sec.
than i cut more.
now i have the parts i need.
i mark all the tracks and normalize it.
the second track was not loud enaugh i mark the track again and normalize it.
and now you can see what the problem is. at 4min sec26 the second track got a crack in the beginnig
than i undo my normalising to show you that the problem was not before i normalise
than i normalise again and the problem wasnt there. but the problem come at other point in the track. and i have try it with other option and with gain. there is all the same shit.
