Any way to import whole track of another project on Auria Pr

I would like to import an audio track which is on another project on Auria Pro (not a single audio region one by one). How can I do it?

Also, how about import a MIDI track?

There's no way to do this directly, but you can export a region to audio share or an external hard drive, then re-import to the other project. For midi, you would do this with the export midi function.
