importing mp3/wav to record vocals

like I said in another recent post I Just got the ipad pro and I only use it for music, I want to be able to import mp3/wav files in auria so I can record my vocals.....for instance lets say somebody gave me a beat in mp3/wav I want be able to import the beat and record my vocals in auria......do I need to have the beat tracked out for this to work?

Definitely this is possible. Auria imports WAV, aif, m4a and MP3 files

I do a lot of MP3/wav importing as well. I keep beats I want inside Dropbox since Auria makes it easy to import from there.
