Any way to be located at a specific time numerically?

Is there any way to be located at a specific measure/beat/time numerically? I mean set a location by imputing a specific point, such as 24:1.1.000 (24th measure, 1st beat, 1st note and time 000).

My finger is not tactful enough to locate a certain time precisely. If I can designate a specific timing numerically, it will be great for editing stages.

The best way to handle this is to set your snap value to the Bar in the editor window. This way you only have to touch somewhere near the bar and it will snap to that bar easily. Cheers.
