Sandisk Ixpand

Anyone have any luck with the Sandisk Ixpand flashdrive and the save project to other app feature?
Have not been able to get proj larger than about 2 min and 2 tracks to save without crashing Auria pro.
Also appears to be no way to open files saved on the sandisk drive in auria pro.

yes I have it working ok so far but only tested a few saves. They were 4 to 6 minutes long. I only had about 4 or 5 tracks in each song.
iPad Air

Did you try force quitting any other apps then trying again? I assume it needs some ram to create the zip file. I had some crashes trying to save to a Strontium (I have reported this in the bug forum), so tried my SanDisk and it worked ok.
Have not tested a restore/import yet.

We've tested with extremely large projects here on our iPad Pro, and had no issues. The next Auria Pro update will add a progress bar and some other improvements.

Sounds like some have had better luck than me. I am using an ,Ipad 4 Ios 8.1 and no and no one other apps running. I have not had any perfomance issues with either Auria or Auria pro. Is the process one way? Can you open a proj file saved on the ixpand? I was looking forward to the save to other app feature. Hope I can get this worked out.

It works both ways. You save it to the iXPand app by using the Save to Other App feature, then you copy it back to Auria by using the Open In function inside the iXpand app.

See how it works for you in the next update, which should be out next week sometime.

Thanks for the follow up. I will check it with the update. Is it possible it is an IOS version issue? Also, when I use the open function, it does not list Auria as an option, just goodreader, dropbox, ect...

If it's a zip file, Auria should show up in the list. Which version of Auria did you originally buy, Auria LE, Auria, or Auria Pro?

Originally Auria. Then the IAP upgrade yesterday. I am running IOS 8.1 on an Ipad 4th gen.

Update: updated to 2.01. Still crashes when I attempt to save to sandisk iexpand.

I've been using this without issue on an iPad Mini 4 running iOS 9.x and Auria Pro ( upgraded from Auria). It's not speedy, but it works both directions and has been quite reliable.

Works great here too. Is there anything special about the project you're trying to send? How large is it?

Did you submit a crash report after the crash? What did you say in the crash report? I'll look for it? Also, did you originally buy Auria, Auria LE or Pro?
