Paid twice for Auria pro

Hi, I had some troubles with the synths not showing on my upgraded version of Auria, so I deleted it and then went to the store page to buy it again, hoping it would recognize I already owned it. But as it happens, I actually paid again for the full version. Is there a way to cancel the second purchase and still get auria pro from my upgrade purchase?

Refunds are done through the App Store. If you contact them, they should get it sorted out for you.

Thanks Rim. I tried what you suggested but the store says these items are not elligible for a refund. So I am stuck with two versions. Please, make sure it is well seen in the forums and in the app store to prevent people from making the same mistake I did.

Hi

I did the same thing but when I received the invoice for the Auria pro for £39.99 there was an option to cancel on the invoice which I did and the money will be returned to the iTunes account within seven days. Have a look at the bottom of your invoice on your emai where you can cancel within a certain amount of days

Thanks but it brings me to the same page I tried last night. And it's still says the app is not eligible for a refund. I will try to send them a mail explaining my problem.

Edit: I have checked about the reason I cannot get a refund. It's when you have already downloaded the product. And as when I deleted my app to get it again on the store, I actually downloaded the other one as well, I got stuck with it. Sent a mail just in case they are willing to help. Thanks.

Ok, it seems they are listening in apple store support. Finally, I got my purchase of auria pro refunded! Thanks Rim for taking some time over the weekend to listen and answer my pleas.

If ever you get the same problem, contact Apple support and explain the situation. They will refund right away!
