Using audiobus when recording

Hi,,,,,I have 2 tracks recorded,,,the second of which I used the tonestack GO app via audiobus.......both tracks I froze and I'm attempting to use tonestack GO app again via audiobus but it's not allowing me to.am I wasting my time trying or is this possible and I'm just not figuring it out.any input would b appreciated....thanks
