Seriously, if you've ever needed to give feedback or get help from a dev it can be almost impossible if they aren't customer oriented. And that is just downtime if you are losing money to an app that is locked up. No recording = no $$$. Customer service is way underrated, but so critical.

I'd have to say its how intuitive it is for the user. The manual is great but if you've used a DAW before,then using Auria comes really easy. I really noticed this day one. Its easy to see how much attention to detail went into the development! Oh yeah .... Did I mention the awsome fun factor?
