Re: Major Auria Announcement
Rim would there be an update in Auria Pro on how the IAA list is displayed
Re: Major Auria Announcement
You might want to illustrate what you're getting at, as that could be as simple as a font change, from your description.djjuniorpops wrote:Rim would there be an update in Auria Pro on how the IAA list is displayed
Re: Major Auria Announcement
Hi, it's a large thread so, just wondered if there was any news of midi learn for Auria. Ie, to use with controllers other than Mackie?
Re: Major Auria Announcement
MIDI learn or no midi learn for controlling Auria Pro?
Re: Major Auria Announcement
I read a post somewhere in here... Rim said (paraphrasing) MIDI learn is not a debut feature for Auria Pro, but was under consideration for an update some time after Pro has been released.

Re: Major Auria Announcement
Having MIDI learn would open up Auria to a bunch of devices. I'd love to see it in Auria.

Hi,
I maybe post a message to the wrong subject..
Is there a new realistic date for Auria PRO?
Here is my first post:

Re: Major Auria Announcement
@Magnus - No. Rim reported on what was yet to be completed a couple pages ago but has not—and can not, probably—provided a timeline yet.

I'd say definitely before Spring 2016.Magthy wrote:Hi,

I've decided to put my energy towards scales in the meantime. Practicing scales on guitar and woodwinds. Oh, and definitely drums. Lots of scales on the drums too.

There is a need to get the product out there. Cubasis has just put out a major release that is winning a lot of kudos. Multitrack DAW put a major update. There are a few other contenders breathing down the proverbial neck.
No pressure, Rim. And I still want it perfect when I arrive. Don't make me drive out to Chicago.....

Re: Major Auria Announcement
If Cubasis had fewer... hiccoughs, I might be less loyal to Auria, and if Cubasis had top-notch plugins from the likes of FabFilter, I might be less loyal to Auria. If Cubasis had a UI that was a bit more "Aurialike", I might be less loyal to Auria, and if Cubasis had more precise measurement/snap tools for wave edits, I might be less loyal to Auria.
That said, I'm switching to Toca Band because I just can't wait any longer. Besides, no other DAW on the iOS—or any—platform has the rich, deep feature set and top quality found only in Toca Band.
...none of that stuff I wrote about Toca Band is actually true, so I guess I'm stuck using the ancient and crusty old Auria for a while longer, while occasionally sneaking over into Cubasis and hoping to God that no one finds out.
Yeah, I do have some time on my hands today and, no, I'm not really serious about most of this post—likely a total waste of digital paper.

Re: Major Auria Announcement
Will the sampler support more than one sample per key, with velocity-based playback (that would be great for drum samples for a more "human" sound)?
All the best!
