Did you set the SMPTE start and end times to something other than 0? Also, in the Auria settings page, did you change the video offset settings? If these are set to something other than 0, you will see a black screen until Auria reaches that time.

I will sometimes get the black screen when starting up Auria, even though I know the video is present. Unloading and reloading the video (not importing the audio again) has taken care of this each time for me.

phil.

I tried...The only way is ,first of all , to import the video and separate the audio track: the audio works but the video is a still image, then close the video window and import again the video without audio separation....so we have audio and video......a bit complicate!!! Then , the video export function doesn't work with the camera roll..

The export function in Auria is not designed to save to the camera roll. It saves the exported video into the Auria Documents folder.

Are you setting the SMPTE start and end times, or are you leaving them at 0:00:00:00. Also, in the Auria settings page, under the video tab are you changing the offset settings?

The smpte is start 0.0.0.0 and end 0.1.5.4
In the settings is 0.0.0.0

Sounds like it might be something unique to that video. Have you tried importing other videos?

Yes, I've tried with different videos... I have to import separately the audio before, then the video only...
