On July 13 ver. 1.0 was available 2 yrs ago. Great app and tons of fun and an amazing learning experience. Rim you created a recording app that teaches up and coming engineers how it's done in the real world and gave us real world tools to accomplish this all on our iPads. For this I will always remember Aurias birthday and what your app means to me and my music experience. Awesome app and I look forward to whats next and I'm sure it will blow me away. Cheers and congrats. ~~_/)~~~*
2 years already. Sounds like a cliché, but it feels like it was like yesterday I saw a video where someone demoed an earlier beta version of Auria for some journalist (namm perhaps?) it had a different color scheme on the mixer, iPad 2 was the latest and greatest and here was this full blown professional 48 multitrack DAW with great plugin devs like PSPaudioware onboard etc. The very first professional DAW for a tablet. And I couldn't wait for it to drop ha
Indeed, Happy Birthday Auria!!! I remember purchasing Auria Launch day while vacationing in Spain. I remember specifically going to the App Store checking everyday awaiting with anticipation ever since Auria's announcement from NAMM. Boy! Was I blown away by its incredible software design. I didn't wait for reviews because the demos shown on the website were great. I saw magic. I use Auria vigorously everyday and hope to see new hardware from apple that can keep up with Auria. I own protools. I purchased 6 months before auria and find no need to use it since I know Auria can compete with the big boys. I definitely see Auria being the industry standard In the near future once the iPads are 12 inches in size with powerful CPUs and ram.
