No video in view window after load video

I'm trying to fix up the audio from some old videos taken from my camera with a crappy microphone. Auria sees the videos, appears to be loading them, loads the audio, but no video plays in the little view window. The view window shows all black. Could this be a problem with the file type of the video? I think they're .MOV files.

Did you specify a video offset in the settings? This would cause the video to delay its playback. Auria will only play movie file types that the iPad supports, so if it doesn't play on the iPad, it won't play in Auria.
