New Auria Plugins in Store for Us in the Future?

Post by jsol » Wed May 14, 2014 11:27 am

Hi Rim,

Just want to thank you for your hard work and passion you have have for this groundbreaking Autia DAW technology. I've been finding a lot of the apps useful from the Auria plugin store and was just wondering if there are going to be new ones conning down the road. If none are in the horizon, I would ask if you can ask the makers of UAD plugins, I believe "Universal Audio". Who makes fantastic plugins, would like to port over some of their plugins. I believe they have a relationship with apple. I would really like to a plugin such as the LA2A compressor, 1176 or DBX 160, or maybe even the UA610 preamp emulation.

Cheers,

JSol.

We welcome all plugin developers. If you would like to see a UAD plugin available in Auria, I suggest you email them and ask. It's fairly easy for a developer to port a plugin to Auria, as we use VST "under the hood".

unfortunaly UAD plugins working only with nativa Apollo Native Chip Processor, I think an iPad can't support it....
But if Apple add Thunderbolt support on next iPad I buy an Apollo Twin for sure ;-)

Maybe they can make an exception. Just the software non-reliant on the hardware.

Is not a software problem, I think, but an hardware power problem :(

You mean the whole unison technology thing.
At least as a vst. It can help us add color or bring out the tracks to give them character. I'm sure UA can work something out.

If we could get some wave plugins that would be sick, the schleps 73 neve would be all I'd need!

As Rim always says on this subject:

Try emailing Waves Audio, point them in the direction of Auria, and express your interest in having Scheps 73 available in a Auria. Sadly, pretty pics posted here won't make it happen :)

I'm mostly curious to see what the MIDI update brings in terms of plugins. I have to think more plugins are on the way, and not just effects either.

Wasn't MIDI due in May? Clock is ticking... :)
