audio interface + usb keyboard

hello, I would´like to know how it's possible to use an audio interface + a usb keyboard with the ipad ? thanks a lot....

By plugging the audio interface and usb keyboard into a powered usb hub. Then plug the hub's main plug (uplink) into an Apple "Camera Connection Kit".
You can only run 1 audio interface at a time, but you can have multiple usb controllers running using a hub.

Some apps can record sound and midi at the same time/take. So, yes, it is possible:

My novation xio keyboard also has a 2 channel interface built in and works great with the cck. It can also record its own sounds direct through USB. Seriously underrated piece of equipment.

oh yes, your advice is very usefull for me. di you know the line 6 TonePort KB37 ? there is not a lot number of keyboards with audio interface, the novation xiosynth is now impossible to find on stores....

I don't know that keyboard. Check eBay though for the xio, it's a great keyboard. Mine was $250 new, and I've probably used it on 300 gigs since then, plus done many recordings with the interface part. Money well spent! It's easy to program and I love the sounds in it for bass and for new dance type sounds.

Yes. I've seen both the 25 and 49 key versions used for not much money though.

in fact I think this kind of audio keyboard suits me very well, but for compati it´s and warrants reasons, I would like to by à new one, but there is no existent longer... I Will want for the futur namm anoucements, maybe some new geary of that kind Will be launched.....
